as to costs and reasonable attorney's fees being filed herein,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that a judgment~be and the same is
hereby entered against HOLDER & RYAN SOD CO., INC., a Florida
corporation, Defendant,• in the amount of $5,500.00, plus ~
$ 82.50 interest from July 25, 1975, to September 17, 1975,
at 10$ per annum, and $ 735.00 attorney's fees, -
together with costs in the amount of $32.69, for a total amount
of $ 6,350.19 , for which let execution~issue.
