FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me on this 17th day
of September, 1975, upon Complaint, Default, and Affidavits
as to costs and reasonable attorney's fees being filed herein,
and the Court beincj fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that a judgment be and the same is
hereby entered against HOLDER 6 RYA21 SOD CO., ZNC., a Florida
corporation, and DENNIS C. HOLDER, JR. and MARTHA S. ~iOLDER, his
wife, Defendants, in the amount of $5,752.21, plus $ 173.65
interest from the lst day of April, 1975, at 9.5$~per annum, to
July 25, 1975, and $ 3~•92 interest from July 25, 197~ to

I September 17, 1975, at 10$ per annum, and $ ~~5.00
• ~attorney's fees, together with costs in the amount of $47.69,
for a total amount of $ 6,786.47 , for which let exe~cution
issue.
