RES-COM, INC., a Florida corporation, with its principal
place of bu~ess located in Martin County, Florida, herein
referred to as Assignor, to KRAUSS & CRANE, INC., a Florida
corporation, with its principal place of business located
in Martin County, Florida, herein referred to as Assignee;
Assignor hereby transfers, assigns and sets
over to Assignee, free and clear of any claims, liens
or encumbrances whatsoever, all of Assignor's right, title
and interest, legal and equitable ~ in and to the proceeds
from a law suit now pending in St. Lucie County Circuit
Court styled RES-COM, INC., a Florida corporation vs ~
~ ROBERTA MISSIMER d/b/a MONTESSORI SCHOOLS being case No.

~ 74-1086 CA, up to and including the sum of $4599.20 .

~ . The above Assigr~ment is made by Assignor as
collateral and security for a debt owed by Assignor to
Assignee, in the amount of $4599.20 , said
debt having arisen through contract work performed by the ~

s Assignee for the AssiQnor.
The intent of this instrument is to transfer t
to Assignee the entire right of the Assignor.up to and '
