RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by the plat
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, in Plat Book 16, pages 1, lA thru 1J.
The failure of the mortgagor herein to comply with and abide by, and to
pay all the assessments required of said mortgagor when due, pursuant
to the Declaration of Condominium of Outdoor Resorts of America at
Nettles Island, as aforedescri~ied, and on exhibit at#ached thereto, shall
constitute an event of default under this mortgage.
