mainten~oe amd upkeep hereby authorize tmd give my (ow) consent to the Iollowing:
1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRFORATION, its suocessors or assigns, shall notiiy
the undersigned in wriqng at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by ihe ut~dersigned aom time to time) that the said premises cae not in a reasonable state of
appear~ce cmd repair consistent with ihe general appearcmoe cmd state oi repair of other properties
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance. ~ ~
etc_, set torth in smd notice withu~ 15 days after receipt ot same. ~
2. 1! the undersigned shall ical or refuse to accomplish the requued repairs or maintenance,
etc., wittun the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'i'ION, its successors or assigns.

3. As to cmy costs or expenses incuned by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cesscrs or assigns, in bringing about and accomplishing the work re(erred to in the notice, the under- ~
signed aqrees to make pa}•ment thereo! within 10 days aiter demcmd. Provided, however, thai dem~d
for payment shall not exceed actual costs or expenses incurred.
4. In the event that the undersigned shall fail or refuse to mafe payment of the actual costs or
' exper.ses incurred, ihen, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORFORATION, its suc- ~
cesso:s or assigns, rr:ay undertake collection of the sum which the undersigned is ohligated to pay ~
