THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon Plaintiff's
motion to tax final cos~s, and the Court Deing fully advised in
the premises, it is thereupon
- ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
l. Plaintiff's motion to tax final costs is hereby
granted.
2. There is now due and owing to Plaintiff ADELE LEEPER
; the sum of TWELVE AND 75/100 DOLLARS ($12.75) for publication of

~ the notice of sale, plus FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($15.00) for the Clerk's
~ fee for conducting the foreclosure sale, plus TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS
($25.00) for insurance premiums paid by Plaintiff and not reimburse
