I, ROGER POITRAS, as Clerk of the above-styled Court,
hereby certify that pursuant to the directions of this Eot~rt in
its Final Decre2 of Foreclosure entered herein, I gave notice of
public sale of the property described therein by publishinq said
notice in The News Tribune, a newspaper circulated in Saint Lucie
County, Florida, in the manner evidencea by proof of publication
heretofore filed in this cause, and on October l, 1975, I offered
