KNOW Alt MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
" tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes securad thereby, to-wit:

A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of M~erica, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands 1n St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification af
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, asr.ending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of 51,112,392.00 and .
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which _
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
6ook 207i P~$e 8573 et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and

part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
