FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAG~
This cause came on for trial the day of September,
1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there-
upon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ROBERT JUNIOR
MORRIS, Husband and DOROTHY JANE MORRIS, Wife be and the same is
i hereby dissolved, adn the parties and each of them are hereby forever

j freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them
~ and from '.the obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY. Custody of WILLIAM WESLEY MORRIS, minor child of
the parties, is hereby awarded to DOROTHY JANE MORRIS, Wife with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to ROBERT JUNIOR MORRIS, Husband.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 3~B day of , 1975, sum
of 11 each and every week, for the support of the child named

~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Court and by

' him remitted promptly to DOROTH~ JANE MORRIS. In addition there is

~ hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to ~
