keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY SETTLTMBNT. The real property and mobile home affixed
thereto, heretofore owned jointly by the parties is hereafter held
as tenants in common, each party owni.ng an undivided one-half inter~
est. The Husband is hereby ordered to permit the Wife to retrieve
her personal effects and furniture loaated within the said mobile home
which she owned and possessed at the time of marriage. The husband
is hereafter the owner of all furniture located within the said mobile
home which previously belonged to the parties and is therefore
responsible for any debts or liabilities relating to the same.
5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry as such further orders as may be -
proper. ~
