THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion to Tax
Costs and Assess Attorneys' Fees filed by the Defendants,
SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, an unmarried woman; GEORGE H.
CULVERHOt1SE, JR. and BRENDA IRENE CULVERHOUSE, his wife, and
JOHN BRADFORD CULVERHOUSE, a single man, as to Parcels 107
and 701, and the Court having considered said Motion and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the following items of cost
be, and the same are hereby taxed against the Plaintiff,
DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ~
