-THIS CAUSE having come on upon Joint Motion for the
entry of a Final Judgment made by the Plaintiff and the
Defendants set forth hereinbelow, and it appearing to the
Court that the parties were authorized to enter into such
Motion, and the Court finding that the compensation to be
paid by the Plaintiff is full, just and reasonable for all
parties concerned, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is now, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants SYBIL LEVITA
CULVERHOUSE, an urimarried woman; GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE, JR.
and BRENDA IRENE CULVERHOUSE, his wife, and JOHN BRADFORD
CULVERHOUSE, a single man, do have and recover of and from
the Plaintiff the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED and NO/100 DOLLARS ($191,500.00), in_full pay-
ment for the property (designated Parcel No. 10? herein)
