by this Court at a hearing to be set upon motion; and it is
ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court pay
to the Defendants SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, an unmarried woman; ~
GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE, JR. and BRENDA IRENE CULVERHOUSE, his
wife, and JOHN BRADFORD CULVERH~OUSE, a single man, the aforesaid
sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and NO/100
($191,500.00) DOLLARS, less any sums heretofoze paid to the
above-named Defendants, and it is further,

said Township 34 South, Range 39 East; thence run
Easterly along the East-West 1/4 Section Line of
said Section 8 a distance of 476.18 feet to the
BEGINNING of the herein described part of the
Baseline of Survey; thence N 36°33'09" W a distance
of 10,156.15 feet to the END of the her..gin described 1
part of the Baseline of Survey; thence S 53°26'S1" W
a distance of 162 feet to the North Line of said

which vested in the Plaintiff pursuant to the Order of Taking

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that insofar as the said Order of
Taking and deposit pursuant thereto vested a temporary easement
in the Plaintiff to the following described property:
That part of the East 1/2 of Section 6, Township

run S 36°33'09" E a distance of 215.24 feet; thence

~ OF BEGINNING; thence run N 36°33'09" W a distance
of 1200 feet to the END of the herein described
~ portion of the Baseline of Survey.
