the Northwest corner of said Section 6; thence run
S 36°33'09" E a distance of 1188.06 Eeet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence co~tinue S 36°33'09"
E a distance of 2,000 feet to the END of the
herein described portion of the Baseline of Survey.
LESS and exceptinq the Westerly 162 feet of the
above described portion o£ land.
said Order of Taking is hereby vacated as this Court finds
the taking of Parcel 701 not to be necessary for the project
proposed by Plaintiff, and it is further, .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the funds heretofore
deposited by Plaintiff and withdrawn by Defendants in connec-
tion with Parcel 701 (to wit,$1320.00) shall be deemed to•
have been deposited by Plaintiff and withdrawn by Defendants
in connection with Parcel 107.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
