of Calumbia, hereinafter called Bank, subordinates the following crop lien(s) or real estate mortgage(s), here-
inafter collectively called Association Lien, recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie

(2) On crops coming into existence after any default in Bank I?iortgage, or note secured thereby, Bank
