to the Property, Borrower, Lender su?d-Note oontained in thc ~bove described master form of modgage and

herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions hereby incorporated '

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borro~ver, Lender, at Leader's option within twenty years from the

shall be secured by this ~lortgage when evidenced 6cy promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby.
At no time shall the principal amount of the indebteclness secured by this Mortgage, not including swns advanced
