1. Whenever GENERA[. DEVELOPMF.N'i~ CORPC)RATION, it~a suoCessors ior c~ssigns, shal~ notity
the undersigned in writing at the address indic~ated betow (or at such other adciress as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned' hom time to time) that~ t?ie said premises ~e not= in a reasonable ~tate ol ~
appea~rcmoe ~d repair consistent with ihe general appearance cmd state of repair of other properties '
wethin ihe immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., set forth in scrid notice within 15 days after receipt o! same_
2. If the undersigned shadl Iail or refuse to accomplish the required repairs or maintenance;
etc., within t2ze prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORAORA'fION, its successors or assigns,
acting by cmd through iis duly authorized agents may come upon the premises tor the purpose oi doing
the necessary work. Provided, however, thM such work shall he limited to lawn cmd yard maintencmce
to prevent an overgrown or unkempt appecvcmce, and to painting and minor repairs to !he exterior of
ihe building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent cm unsightly or unsafe condition.
3. As to cmy costs or e~cpenses ineurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cesscrs or cxssigns, in bringing about tmd accomplishing the work relerred to in the notice, the under-~
signed ayrees to m~ike pa~•ment thereof wiihin 10 days after demand_ Provided, however, ihat demand
tor payment shall not exceed aciual eosts or expenses incuned.
4. ln the event that the undersigned shall tail or refuse to make payment ot the actual costs or
expenses in~urred, ihen, and in thut event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
ce;so-s or assigns, may undertate eollection ot the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pa}
hereunder, together with all eosts o~ eollection including a reasonable attomey's tee. GENERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION may, in additicx~ to other remedies prescribed by Florida law, give
notice that it hc~s aoquired a Iien against the subject property for said am~count amd may lile a Notice
of Lien among the Public Records of the County in which the premises ~e situuted.
This agreement shall be binding upon my (our) heirs, successors or assic,~ns ~d shall be con-
strued as a covaen,~t runningLwi~ll~he lcmd.
