A Tract in the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 34,
Township 34 South, Range 39 East; more particularly described
~ as follows:
Comnence at the Southeast corner of the West 1/2 of the Northeast
1/4 of said Section 34; thence go North 00 degrees 11 minutes
20 seconds East, along the East line of the Southwest 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 of said Section 34, the same line being the center-
line of Johnston Road as deeded, for 863.5 feet, to a point;
thence go South 89 degrees 55 minutes 34 seconds West, parailel
with the South line of the Northeast 1/4 and iYorthwest 1/4 of
said Section 34, for 2504 feet, to the Point of Beqinning;
thence continue South 89 degrees 55 minutes 34 seconds West, for
186 feet, to a pofnt; thence go-North 00 degrees 11 minutes 20
seconds East, parallel with the centerline of said Johnston Road,
for 260.54 feet, to a point; thence go North 89 degrees 52 minutes
47 seconds East, for 186 feet, to a point; thence go South 00
degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds West, para11e1 with the centerline
of said Johnston Road for 260.69 feet, to the Point of 8eginning;
reserving, however, the South 30 feet thereof for street purposes;
containing 1.11 acres, more or less; being and lying in Saint
Lucie County, Florida. ;
