STEVEN L. DeHAVEN, Husband
and -
MARY ALICE DeHAVEN, Wife
FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE -
This cause ca~ne on for hearing the 3rd day of ~ctober, 1975
and the Court having given fu21 consideration to all the evidence
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husba~d and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage betw~en
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. The marriage between STEVEN L. DeAAVEN and MARY ALICE
DeHAVEN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. The Husband, STEVEN L. DeHAVEN, shall transfer to the
Wife, MARY ALICE DeHAVEN, all his right, title and interest in and
to that certain 1968 Dodge Dart two door automobile, Title No.
10192238, I.D. No. LH23888380874 now registered in his name alone.
3. The Husband, STEVEN L. DeHAVEN, shall pay to the law
firm of Carroll & Jones, attorneys for the Wife, the sum of $300
to apply on their fee and costs.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this 3rd day of October, 1975.
