FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause came on to be heard on October 3, 1975 upon the
Amended Petition for Adoptio~ filed in this cause and the consent
of Adrienne Waldron, natural mother of the minor child, and the
Default previously entered herein against John Hagen~der, natural
father of the minor child, and the report of the investigation and
recommendation of the Division of Family Services of the Florida
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services filed herein, and
it appearing to the Court that the Petitioners are fit and proper
persons to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted, and that
~ the best interest of the child will be promoted by the adoption

f and that the child is suitable for adoption by Petitioners, James
J. Fitzgerald and Annie P. Fitzgerald, his wife, and being other-
wise fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED as follows:
1. The minor child named in the Petition is declared
to be the legal child of James J. Fitzgerald and Annie P. Fitzgerald,
his wife, and is given the name of Megan Anne Fitzgerald, by which
name she shall hereafter be known.
2. This child shall be the child and legal heir of the
~ Petitioners, James J. Fitzgerald and Annie P. Fitzgerald, his wife,
entitled to all the rights and privileges, and subject to all the
