THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me upon the hearing
upon the Wife's prayer for an order requiring her Husband to forthwith
remove himself from the marital home and the Wife being present with
her Counsel and the Husband being present before the Court, after
testimony from Husband and.Wife, and the Court being fully advised in
the premises; it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Husband, STEVE T. LOWE, remove him-
self and his personal belongings from the marital home of the parties
located at 605 Wisteria Avenue, Fort Piece, Florida, by not later than
5:00 P.M., Friday, October 3, 1975. -
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that each party hereto is
restrained and enjoined from annoying, harrassing, using physical vio-
lence or interfering with each other and the minor children of the
parties hereto.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
