ZHZS CAUSE coming on to be heard on October 3, 1975 upon Motion For
Enforcement filed by BBTTY CLAYTON against ALIAN J. CIAYTON and the Court
having heard the testimc?ny of both ~Petitioner and Reapondent, the Court
determines that Respondent has receipts sho~?ing child support payments are
paid through September 26, 1975. Naw therefore, it is
,ORDERED AND AAIUDGED that the support payment due October 3, 1975 and
all subsequent support payments of $25.00 per Week be made through the Clerk
of Circuit Court in order that Petitioner may also have a record of payments.
In addition there is hereby asaeased the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All paqments shall be made in
cash, moneq order or cashier's check.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida this 3rd day
of October, A.D., 1975.
