It appearing from the evidence before the Court that ARTHUR LEE FRANKLIN, JR.
has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the
Final Judgment of this Court entered on the 28th day of January, 1975 and is,
as of this date, in arrears $153.25, it is
ORDERED AND ADNDGED that for such failure he standa in contempt of
~ this court but may purge himaelf of this contempt by hereafter paying the
' $153.25 arrearage plus $8.50 Court Costs by October I3, 1975. If Respondent
~ does not urge himself of his contempt as provided above he shall be required
f p
~ to serve ten days in county jail. -
~ DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida this 3rd day
