LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation, party of the second part: WHEREAS, by an indenture of lease, dated the 23rd day of . October, 1973, and made between FORT PIERCE PORT AND AIRPORT AUTHORITY, a special taxing district, as Lessor and FORT FIERCE FLYING SERVICE, INC., a Florida corporation, as Lessee, the said FORT PIERCE PORT AND AIRPORT AUTHORITY demised to the said party ot the first part herein, the land and premises hereinafter des- cribed for and during the term of fifteen (15) years, from the lst day of November, Z973, at the annual rent of $2,400.00 per year for the initial term and the renewal thereof, and subject to the performance and observance of the Lessees covenants and the conditions therein contained. NOW TNIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS: l.
