HomeMy WebLinkAbout1285 _ { ~ t trators, or assigns, the sum of SIXTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 ~ ~ } ($60,000.00) DOLLARS, and interest thereon according to the terms of a certain promissory note and Mortgage executed this day by the said party of the first part, a copy of which note is hereto attached and made a part hereof, and further shall ` perform and observe all the covenants, agreements, and condi- tions herein contained, then this indenture shall be void; otherwise to remain'in full force and effect. 4. And the said party of the first part, for itself , its executors, administrators, and assigns, doth further covenant with the party of the second part, its executors, administrators, and assigns, as follows: a. To pay the said sum of SIXTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($60,000.00) DOLLARS, and interest thereon, as the same shall become payable. b. To pay all taxes and assessments levied or assessed on the said premises or any part thereof immediately , i upon the same becoming due or payable, and to produce the receipts for_such payments to the said party of the second part, or its executors, administrators, or assigns. c.
