5. And it is hereby further expressly agreed that in the '

event of any failure on the part of the said party of the f irst i

part, its executors, administrators, or assigns, to pay the
said taxes and assessments, or to pay the said rent by the said
indenture of lease reserved, as hereinbefore provided, then and
in either or any such even t the said party of the second part,
its executors, administrators, or assigns, shall be at liberty
to apply for and shall be entitled as a matter of right to the .

the rents and profits of the said ~premises, or in any or either
such event the said party of the second part, its exec

6. But if any default shall be made in the payment of the
