~VITI`iESSETH: That far divers good aad valuable ooasiderations, and also in oonsideration of tbe aggregate sum of
~none~• naraed in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagors do grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, mlease, convey and confimn unto the Association, in fee simple the follow~ing described real estate, of which the mortgagois
are no~v seizeci and possessed and in actual possession, situate in the County of State of Florida~ to-wit:
St. Lucie
Lot No. 805, Section II, in that certain Condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by the Plat
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, in Plat Book 26, page 2, lA through 1J.
The failure of the mortgagor herein to comply with and abide by, and to
pay all the assessments required of said mortgagor when due, pursuant
to the Declaration of Condominium of Outdoor Resorts of America at
N~ttles Island, as aforedescribed, and on exhibit attached thereto, shall
constitute an event of default under this mortgage.
