IN RE: A parcel 200 feet by 250 feet in Government Lot 3,
~ Section 18, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, in
St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly de-
scribed as follows: Beginning at a point on the
West line of a 30 foot right of way for South Indian
~ River Drive and 294.36 feet North of the South line
~ of Government Lot 3, Section 18, Township 36 South, -
\ Range 41 East; run West parallel with the South line
C of said Government Lot 3, 250 feet; this point being
~ 605.9 feet East of the F.ast line of a 100 foot right
of •~ay for Florida East Coast Railway, thence with
~ a back angle of 68° 10' run Southeasterly 200 feet;

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day, personally

depose and say:
1. That he is the son of R. V. Anke.ny and Edythe M. Ankeny,
and as such is authorized to make this affidavit.
i 2. That R. V. Ankeny degarted this life on August 3, 1956

€ predeceasing Edythe M. Ankeny.

~ 3. That R. V. Ankeny and Edythe M. Ankeny were the grantees
in that certain warranty deed o~ conveyance dated October 22, 1941,
recorded in Deed Book 101, page 331, of the public records of St.
~ Lucie County, Florida, wherein the above described real property
~ was conveyed.

~ 4. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, R. V.
Ankeny was married to Edythe M. Ankeny, and that said marital
~ relationship continued without interruption until the death of the
~
~ said R. V. Ankeny.
~ 5. That this affidavit is given as an inducement for First
~ Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce to loan monies
~
