error it was reflected that a lien, by the City of Fort Pierce, was ;
pla~ced on Lot 19~ Blk. S; Revised map of Ft. Pierce Beach~ in the
name of Ellen B. Bendickson~ OR 180, Pg. 7'77~ Circuit Court Clerk~s
Number 183868 dated Oc~tober 3, 1969, when in fact the City did not
have a lien on this ca?ptioned property.
The Lot on vdlich the City should have had a lien was Lot 10~ Blk. 5;
Revised map of Ft. Pierce Beach~ but this lien has already been
~ satisfied and all monies have been collected and Release of Lien
~ has been filed in the Office. of the Clerk of the Circuit Court on
° February ~9 ~ ~.970 ~ (7R 182 ~ Pg . 2314. .
