THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 19th day of ,
. September, 1975 upon the wife's motion for temporary relief
and the attorneys for both parties being present along with
their clients and the parties having ~agreed to a stipulated ~
order and the Court being fully apprised in the premises, it ;

is upon consideration

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the husband is restrained from bothering, .
threatening or harassing the wife in any manner and is also
restrained from taking any action, executing any documents ~
or doing anything to conceal, sell or dispose of any real or
personal property owned by either of the parties or by both
of them during the pendency of this action.
(2) That the wife is restrained from bothering, ;
threatening or harassing the husband in any manner and is also _
restrained from taking any action, executing any documents or
doing anything to conceal, sell or dispose of any real or ~
personal property owned by either of the parties or by both
of them during the pendency of this action.
(3) That the wife shall continue to make ttie mortgage
payments which she has been making in the past on the two duplexes;
located in St. Lucie County, Florida and the husband shall
continue to make all other payments including any mortgage
payments which he has been making. '
(4) That the Court retains jurisdiction for the entry
of any further orders which may be necessary in this action. '
