7. By t,he terms of Paragraph 6 of the BANKS first mortgaqe
the MORTGAGORS must obtain the consent and approval of the BANK
in the event of a sale or conveyance of the property to a party ;
desiring to assume the said first mortgage. The B~ANK dctes hereby
agree, that should aucY? a sale or conveyance occur,.the right
of HARRIS to cure defaults in said first mortgage within thirty
(30y days as heretofore granted in Paraqraph 5 hereof shall obtain
and be applicable to the said first mortgage as in effect after
such sale or conveyance, and that the BANK'S riqhts of objection `
to~sale, and assumption and right to accelerate contained in said
Paragraph 6 shall be suspended and waived as regards ~3ARRIS only,
for so long as I~RRIS shall keep payments current, but in default
thereof, said rights to remain in full £~rce and effect,
