due date the payments called for in the P~rst mortgage ;
now encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein
at its office or some ether~pl~ace as designated by the
~ MORTGAGEE herein, but nothing in this provision shall
~ in any way alter or reduce the obligation of said ~
~ ~ MORTGAGORS to make said payment to the holder of the said
~ first mortgage and the MORTGAGEE herein is not the -
