MOTION FOR DEFAULT .
Comes now plaintiff, First Federal Savinqs and Loan
Association of Fort Pierce and shows unto the court that notice
of action has been published to the defendants, David Blackerby ~

and Lois H. Blackerby, his wife, as required by law and that ~
proof thereof has been filed in this cause; that the defendants.
David Blackerby and Lois H. Blackerby, his wife, are in default
for failure to file written defenses, or any other pleading ~
herein as required by law and an affidavit of non-military service ~
has been filed as to such defendants. ~

WHEREFORE the plaintiff moves the court to enter a
default against the defendants, Allen David Blackerby and Lois H.
Blackerby, his wife, and each of them.
