THIS SUBLEASE, made in the City ot /"L • ~ ~ v+tiC. ,

SALE COMPANY, INC.~ a corporation, and having its principal place
of business at Post Office Box 398, City of Geneva, State of
Alabama (herein called the "Sublessor"), and PIGGLY WIGGLY FORT
PIERCE, INC., a corporation, and having its principal place of
business at 811 Orange Avenue, City of Fort Pierce, State of
Florida (herein called the "Sublessee").
WITNESSETH:
WNEREAS, Edwin P. Canady, by an agreement dated June 9,
1975, (herein called the "Prime Lease"), leased to the store ~

building and adjoining premises described therein and known as ~
811 Orange Avenue, City of Fort Pierce, State of Florida, for a
term of ten (10) years, to commence on ,

1. (a) The Sublessor hereby subleases to the Sublessee,
and the Sublessee hereby takes from the Sublessor, the premises
