HomeMy WebLinkAbout1543 (b) With respect to work, services, repairs, repaint- i i ing and restoration or the performance of other obligations required of the Landlord under the Prime Lease, Sublessor's sole obligation with respect thereto shall be to request the same, on request in writing by Sublessee, and to use its best efforts to obtain the same from the Sublessor's Landlord. Sublessee shall have.the right to request the same directly from the Landlord~ and to conduct such~proceedings (in court or elsewhere) as may be } # required to obtain from Sublessor's Landlord any such work, ~ services, r~pai-r-s, iG~ainting arfu r~staratia:~ ar gerfaraance E ; ~ of such obligations; such proceedings may be, at Sublessee's i t option, in its own name or in Sublessor's name, and Sublessor ; i agrees to cooperate with Sublessee in connection therewith and to € execu~e such documents as may be required in connection there- with. Sublessee agrees to reimburse Sublessor for any reasonable legal or other expenses incurred by Sublessor in any such court , or proceeding. j ; 5.
