HomeMy WebLinkAbout1545 person holding by, through or under him, or otherwise found upon the leased premises may be removed therefrom and stored in any public warehouse at zhe cost of and for the account of Sublessee. If Sublessee should abandon, vacate or surrender said premises or be dispossessed by process of law, any personal property left uRon said premises may be deemed abandoned, at the option of the Sublessor. (c) In the event of any breach hereunder by Sublessee, Sublessor may immediately or at any time thereafter, without notice, cure such breach for the account and at the expense of Sublessee. If Sublessee at any time, by reason of such breach, is compelled to pay, or elects to pay, any sum of money or do any act which will require the payment of any sum of money, or is compelled to incur any expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, in instituting or prosecuting any action or proceeding to enforce Sublessor's rights hereunder, the sum or sums so paid by Sublessor, with interest thereon at the legal rate from the date of payment thereof, shall be deemed to be additional rent here- ~ under and shall be due from Sublessee to Sublessor on the first day of the month following the payment of such respective sums or expenses. 6. The Sublessor has not made and does not make any repre- i sentation as to physical condition, income, expense, operation or ~ any other matter or thing affecting or relating to the premises, ~ ~ except as herein specifically set forth, and the Sublessee hereby ~ ~ ~ expressly acknowledges that no such representations have been ~ ~ made. The Sublessee takes the premises "as is", in its present ' physical condition. 7.
