loss~of proFits, or interruption of business occasioned by the
termination of the Prime Lease~ or from any other causes,
17. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed or construed
by any person as creating a relationship of principal and agent
or of partnership or of ~oint venture between Sublessor and
Sublessee.
18. Any notice required or desired to be given to either
party shall be in writing and be sent by registered mail, postage
prepaid, to the addresses above written.
