?he "Lease Year" shall be construed to mean a period of £
three hundred sixty-five (365) consecutive days (or 366 days
durinq leap year). The first Lease Year shall begin on the
day the lease becomes effective and shall end at the close of
the three hundred sixty-fifth (or, three hundred sixty-sixth)
day thereafter. Each subsequent Lease Year shall beqin the
day fo?lowing the close of each prior Lease Year and shall
end thres hundred sixty-five (365) days (or, three hundred
sixty-six days) thereafter. ~ ~
The Lessee shall submit to the Lessor, by snail, to the
address to which the monthly rent checks are mailed, within
thirty (30) days af ter the end of each Lease Year, a statement
certified to be correct and signed by a responsible member of

~ the Lessee's Unit Headquarters Office, setting forth the total

~ amount of the Sales of the Store for the closinq Lease Year,
~ Wfth~any additional rent that may be due Lessor under the
