The Lessor agrees that no figUres, date or inforenation
obteined or gained from any source regarcling the Sales of the
Store, the operation of the store or with respect to Lessee's
business in any way Will be published or divulged by him or -
permitted to be published or divulged by him to anyone Whomsoeyer~
,however, the Lessor may divulge to the holder of mortgage on
the premises the Sales fiqure of the Store provided that they
too will hold such figures and information in strict confidence.
GOVERNl+iENTAL
AlJTHORIZATIONS The Lessor shall file any and all applications for, and
shall obtafn, any consents or authorizations as may be required
of Lessors, owners and builders by any Government agency or
public authority, upon a full and f air disclosure of the facts
to it, and the effectiveness of the lease and the liability of
~the Lessee shall not accrue until the Lessor has fully complied
with all terms and conditions of such consents or authorizations. ~
PRO RATA In the event possession is accepted before the first day

of the month, rental shall be paid by the Lessee for the time
of occupancy and to cover the period before the f irst day of the
; month on a pro rata basis of the monthly rental provided herein.
k APPARATUS The Lessee shall have the right to run electric wires,

i of such apparatus in the leased premises as may be necessary

LESSOR'S The Lessor, at the time of the execution of these presents,
