DEFICIENCY JUDGMENT
This cause came on for hearing May 27, 1975, upon
plaintiff's motion for deficiency judgment against defendant
SANIBEL~ENTERPRISES, INC., and motion for adjudication of
liability of defendant EDWARD J. DWORETZKY. It appearing
from the court file that plaintiff was the successful bidd~r
at the foreclosure sale, having made a bid of $1,340,000; no
objections to the sale having-been filed; certificate of title
having been issued, and na evidence or other showing having
been presented or made which would enable the Court, in the
exercise of its sound judicial discretion, to avoid or abate
the deficiency clai.med, and it further appearing that defendant
D~~TOR~TZKY is fully liable for the amount of the deficiency
under his guaranty of payment, it is
