FOR VALUE RECEIVED the undersigned promise to pay to the order
of CENTRAL BANK OF PALM BEACH COU:~ITY, at its banking house in West
Palm Beacch, Florida, the sum of EIGHT THOUSAI~ID AND 00/100 DOLLARS
{~8,000.00), together with interest thereon at the rate of nine and
one-quarter percent (9~70) per annum, said principal and interest i
to be payable in the following manner:
Eighty-four (84) equal, consecutive monthly install-
ments of Oi~1E H[J~IDRED TWENTY NINE AND 73/100 DOLLARS
($129.73) each, with the first payment being due one
month from the date hereof, said payments to be applied
first to the interest accrued upon the unpaid principal
from time to time remaining due hereon and the balance
to the reduction of principal.
The makers and endorsers of this note agree to waive demand,
notice of non-payment and protest; and, in case suit shall be
brought for the collection hereof or the same has to be collected
' upon the demand of an attorney, to pay reasonable attorneys' fees.
; If any installment shall not be paid within ten (IO) days after
i the same shall become due and payable hereunder, each installment
i then remaining unpaid shall, without notice to the makers, at the
~ option of the Bank, become immediately due and payable.
