THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Motion of TED MILES ZINKER
to Set Aside Default under the Third Party Complaint and the Court hearing
evidence and arguments of counsel, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Default Judgment entered in this cause
by the Clerk as to this Defendant be and it is hereby set aside, vacated
~ and rendered null and void.
