FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE can~e on for trial on the 7th day of October, 1975,
and the Court having qiveii full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and c~etermines: ihis ~ourz iias jurisui~~ivr~ ~~-ic ~JQ~LIC~ an3 suvj~~t
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between t~e parties; and that the marriage betwcen the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE., The marriage between JOHNNIE RAY
MOTES and DEBRA KAY MOTES be, and the same is hereby, dissolved, and
the parties and each of them..are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
~ 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. That DEBRA KAY MOTES be, and she is

~ hereby, authorized to assume her former name of DEBRA KAY CURBY, and

~ to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.

3. ALIMONY. The Court finds and determines that the wife is
entitled to lump sum alimony in the sum of $600.00, and the husband
is hereby ordered to pay said sum by making monthly payments in the
~ sum of $100.00 to the wife until said sum shall be paid in full, the
first payment being due on the day of i975.
This total sum shall be exclusive of sums previously ordered under the ~

~ temporary relief order which sums, if unpaid, shall accrue and remain
~
~ due and owing in addition to the lump sum herein awarded.
~ 4. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interferring with, harassing or annoying, the other.
