This cause came on for~trial the 7th day of October, 1975 and the
Court having given full coneideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is inetrievably broken and should be dissolved
It is thereupon
!j ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follovs:

~i 1. DISSOI.UTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage betWeen ALFRED DEASE
and LOUELLA DEASE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and

existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
