ENDERS, Husband, ; and ; NANCY ENDERS, Wife. ; FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 7th day of October, 1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon, - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WILLIAM R. ENDERS and NANCY ENDERS be, and the same is hereby, dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them, and from the obliga- tions arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of TONJA JO ENDERS, aged eight (8) months; TODD A. ENDERS, aged three (3) years; and MICHAEL SCOTT ENDERS, aged seven (7) years, minor children of the parties, is here- ~ by awarded to NANCY ENDERS with reasonable visitation rights reserved to WILLIAM R. ENDERS. 3. SUPPORT. Commencin the 3~ ~G~ g ~ day of , 1975, WILLIAM R. ENDERS-shall pay to NANCY ENDERS the sum of $SS r each and every week, for the support of the children named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to NANCY ENDERS. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each pay- ment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
