FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came ori for trial the 7th day of October, 1975, and the Court havinq given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and i wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, ~ thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EARL L. STOKES and JOYCE STOKES be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds ' of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga- ; ~ tions arising therefrom. ~ 2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference, and the ~ arties are ordered to com 1 with the ~ P p y provisions thereof. 3. FEES AND COSTS. The Cot~rt determines the sum of Three ~ . ~ Hundred Dollars ($300.00) to be reasonable for the wife's attorneys ; ~ ~ for their services herein and the husband, EARL L. STOKES, is ordered ' [ € to pay said attorneys said sum, together with costs herein assessed ~ at $ 3~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 4. JURISDICTION.
