FII~L JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 7th day of October,
1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably-broken and should be dissolved.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED as follows:
1: The marriage between A. STAFFORD WAGNER, SR. and ANN M.
WAGNER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from~the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement dated

I' September 26, 1975 admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated
I
~ herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the
i
' provisions thereof.

~ 3. ANN M. WAGNER be and she is hereby authorized to assume
~
her former name of ANN M. AUSTIN and to use the same in all respects
as if said marriage had not intervened.

~ 4. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
~
~ retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
