Notice is hereby given that a suit was instituted in the above
Court on the day of September , 197 5, by the above named
Plaintiffs against the above named D?efendants.
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece of
land and personalty located thereon, situate, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 21, Block 5, of SOUTHERN PINES, according
. to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
9, at Page 68, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; together with the
improvements thereon and all furniture, fix-
tures and equipment contained therein, ~
replacements thereof and additions thereto.

~ certain mortgage given by Defendants, BUD BEA and REATHER MAE BEAs

his wife, to the Plaintiffs recorded in Official Records Book 195, Page/

~ of said property under the direction of said Court, in default of the i
payment of the amount found to be due the Plaintiffs under said ~
