FINAL JUDGMENT - DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial October 8, 1975 , and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub3ect
matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband and wife now -
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved, It is thereupon, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLiJTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MARCEL PAUL
RICHARD and EULA GAIL RICHARD be, and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefran.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of BRENDA RICHARD, KEITH RICHARD and ~

~ MARK RICHARD, the minor children, is hereby awarded to EULA GAIL `

f RICHARD, the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to

~ MARCEL PAUL RICNARD, the Husband.

~ 3. PROPERTY. The Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby

~ incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply

~ with the provisions thereof.

~ 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of Chis cause, and the parties '
~ hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as ~y be
