This cause came on for trial October 8, 1975 and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and

matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is i.rretrievably broken and should be dissolved, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RICHARD
K. ANDRIC and JOAN C. ANDRIC be, and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of SHARON ANDRIC, JO~IN ANDRIC and MICHAEL
~
ANDRIC,_the minor children, is hereby awarded to JOAN C. ANDRIC, the
~ Wife, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband,

~ RICHARD K. ANDRIC.

~ 3. PROP'ERTY: The Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby

~ incorporated herein by reference, and the parties are ordered to

E comply with the prwisions thereof .
